Patient in the 5th day of MV with moderate ARDS.
Neuromuscular blockade was removed, and sedation was reduced.
The patient is in PSV, PS 12, PEEP 8cmH2O
A respiratory maneuver was done (figure below)
What measurements can be made with this maneuver?
