Challenge on patient-ventilator asynchrony

A 35yo patient was intubated for acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema.
She has dilated myocardiopathy. Her HR is now 80 bpm and blood pressure 95/70mmHg.
What kind of asynchrony is present?
