What is happening in the ventilator screen?

A 40yo male patient is recovering from severe ARDS.
He is on PSV mode, and suddenly the following curves were detected on the ventilator screen.
There were no signs of discomfort, nor oxygen desaturation at any time.
His ideal body weight is 84kg.
1. What is happening?
2. What approach should we use to address the problem?
