Patient with hypokalemia and acid-base disturbance

A 50 years old patient with morbid obesity checked in a hospital to do a bariatric surgery. On his 2nd postoperative day, he evolved with hypokalemia (K+ serum of 2,1meq/l) and the following arterial blood gas analysis.
