Is there a ventilator malfunction?

A patient was mechanically ventilated in the Pressure Support mode (PSV) with the following adjustments: PS: 12cmH2O, PEEP: 6cmH2O, cycling off 30%, sensitivity with pressure triggering: -1,5cmH2O.

Sedation was light, RASS: -1.

The following curves were seen at the bedside in the ventilator screen.

Which ventilator parameter may be malfunctioning?

a) Sensitivity, pressure triggering
b) Pressure support cycling off
c) Pressure support rise time
d) PEEP
