Is there a ventilator malfunction?

A patient was mechanically ventilated in the Pressure Support mode (PSV) with the following adjustments: PS: 12cmH2O, PEEP: 6cmH2O, cycling off 30%, sensitivity with pressure triggering: -1,5cmH2O.

Sedation was light, RASS: -1.

The following curves were seen at the bedside in the ventilator screen.
