Last month, The Brasilian's Industrial Property Journal (Revista Nacional de Propriedade Industrial - RPI Nº 2413) has published three new property rights to Xlung Company: the Simulators Physiolung and Oxylung, and the Xlung Assist Mobile Application developed for Android and iOS Platform. The Brazilian Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) is the government entity in charge of industrial property rights, and formal examination of applications for trademark registrations, advertising slogan registrations and issuance of patent letters.
First of all, we’d like to thank all the team involved in the projects. Technology Innovation is a challenge itself and one could not make it alone. In our particular case, we are talking about different areas, as medicine specialists and software engineers, a dynamic group of professionals from many different backgrounds, but focused on one perspective: to develop the best product we can for our clients and partners.
Let me present the Xlung Team:
Software Engineers: Carlos Pontual, Marcelo Diniz, Alisson Sales
Doctors: Alexandre Ísola, Davi Alcantara e Marcelo Alcantara
Physiotherapist: Andrea Carvalho
The Xlung Company has now 5 property rights, counting, besides the three ones mentioned above, with the property right for Xlung 1.0, our release product on 2012, and the Xlung 2.0 with its property right already accepted awaiting just the formal publication.
We are really glad about that and as we always do, we are sharing these good news with you!
